Dear All,
In wake of the Corona virus (COVID 19) Pandemic crisis arising in our country, the health of people is the most important asset we possess. The citizens must be taken utmost care of.

My sincere request that the below points be communicated to your respective family & friends and follow it accordingly.
1. This is the time where the use of technology can benefit the masses and avoid any sort of contact in the due course of any transactions. Making utmost use of digital transaction and adopting online payment systems will be a very useful move at such times.
2. Inform all your family & friends to avoid gathering in groups. We suggest that they better avoid such gathering and restrict such gathering for the completion of work atleast at the times of such pandemic.
3. Mandatory self-protection equipment like hand gloves, mask and sanitizers must be used.

4. As far as possible avoid meetings in personal and make utmost use of the technology like video calling through Skype, IMO whatsapp or audio bridge.

5. Use work from home facility if possible as this can help in reducing contacts and eliminate the possibility of spread of disease and keep you secured from physical interaction.

6. Avoid spreading negative things about the COVID 19 virus and inform all to start making awareness about the pre cautionary measures.

7. Mandatory Pre cautionary measures to be followed :

a. Wash your hands frequently : Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands this will kill the viruses and keep you protected.

b. Maintain Social Distancing : At least one meter distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing and sneezing to avoid the droplets of the person coughing.

c. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth : As hand touches many surfaces and can pick up viruses. Once contaminated hands can transfer the virus to eyes, nose and mouth.

d. Practice respiratory hygiene : Covering your mouth and nose with bent elbow or tissue/handkerchief when you cough or sneeze. Don’t forget to dispose the wet tissue post use.

e. Early medical care from local medical authority if suffering from fever, cough and difficulty in breathing etc.
As our Hon. PM Shri. Narendra Modiji has asked to participate in JANATA CURFEW on Sunday 22nd March 2020 between 7.00 am to 9.00 pm, I request you all to participate in it and support to break the chain.

Let's we all will be up front in fighting to eradicate this pandemic together and not only help our family but also others who need to be educated about the same.
